While my child received the help he needed, he jas apparently given a shot we knew nothing about, he was missing two shirts, three pairs of pants, and his shoes when we picked him up after being discharged, and when we tried to call him nightly we were repeatedly hung up on after being on hold for 20 minutes plus at a time. One night we weren't able to talk to him at all due to being on hold for an hour. This was after my husband was hung up on after being on hold for 40 minutes.

Our kiddo had a great experience at IOP. It’s really great to have this resource available in our community. We referred to it as “emotional school.” He really enjoyed Joslyn as his therapist and she always made a point to talk with us at pickup to convey what he had learned that day. Joslyn has been one of the best therapists/providers that we’ve met during the last couple years. The office staff was always friendly and helpful as well. Such a great resource for kids who need help!

If we could give this 0 stars we would. My child was attacked while under the care of wellstone and they tried to cover it up. He was admitted twice in less than 30 days. The first time he was not given medications for his bladder control and complained about having accidents. The second time well stone would not answer when it was time to make phone calls. I spoke to my child 3 times it 3 weeks because of this. During discharge medications were not ready and everything was poorly organized. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go... read more
