The service was great as always. However I believe the facility should have a visit from OSHA or a similar inspection! The patient rooms are tiny! There was not even a sink to wash my hands! I felt the Dr and I were almost nose to nose…how very sad. The facility made me feel disrespected…small cramped, not very private
Nurse Libby and all the staff I encountered on my visit were wonderful; very friendly, efficient and caring. The nurse who took my blood managed to get the vein first time which is always a big plus given my prior experiences elsewhere. I've seen complaints about it being an older building and less esthetically pleasing. I can't say I really noticed that, just the examination room was on the smaller side. I am so happy that I got Dr Libby and her staff! Everyone is amazing and talks to you like you matter! Finally found a good one!
