Staff watched me walk in and had me stand at the window with no acknowledgement for minutes. I finally had to partially open their window and ask if I was in the right place. The customer service is absurd.

I've only been to the office twice, but I will say I haven't experienced any unprofessional behavior from Brandy Libby, NP or any of the nurses or other staff. Maybe they are taking the feedback they have gotten and trying to improve, but I have not had to wait very long in the waiting room at all, everyone has been polite. Ms. Libby seemed to listen and show concern for any issues I brought up. Worst location & “nurse practitioners” Not helpful, rude and dont care ! “ Brandy Libby” some one who is not helpful if i would of read these reviews before going I would never went ti this office she has so many complains why she still work there! Any ways save yourself time n headaches DO NOT GO HERE OR SEE HER!
