This office is just terrible with their service. My mother has had two consecutive appointments where they issue her one appointment time at scheduling and on the day of the appointment upon arrival they tell her the appointment was at a different time and refuse to see her. Today her appointment was at 1030. She showed up at 1015 for check in and was told she missed her appointment; they had it down for 9am. Its extremely frustrating to have to deal with wellstone trying to take care of my eldery mother with dimentia. Trying to get a hold of the doctors office on the phone is always a nightmare. Even the home health care nurses hate trying to get a hold of their office. I TRULY WISH they would integrate an emergency evaluation line for their patients who are home bound.

I've a always had very good, care for myself, my sister , and I am also a care giver of my neighbor whom also has been going to this clinic for many years. No complaints from any one of us. They have been most helpful, caring, polite.
