Upon arrival to my patients last appointment, we are dropped off by her insurance provided transportation for her 1:00pm scheduled appointment with an arrival time requested to be 15 minutes early. After helping my pt out of the car, unloading the walker & oxygen, we approach the office door with her completely out of breath, only to find the door is locked for their lunch break until 1:00pm. The office and staff are very nice and professional. Dr. Petersen is patient and is never in a hurry to get you in and out. He listens and answers all your questions or concerns.
