It feels like family in this office. Nothing is rushed and everyone has a good sense of humor. If you are looking for straight to the point care with people who have no feelings, then don't come here because it is a cozy and caring environment. Why wouldn't you want to go to a doctor's office where they are genuinely concerned about each patient?
@11:15am 5/19/25 I came in for my appt FD amber wanted me to verify my full phone number in the small waiting room when there was someone waiting. I work in healthcare so I provided my last 4 of my phone number she said she needed the full phone number informed her I did Echeck In and everything was correct and was told everything dont transfer offer Mychart if the information dont transfer over. I wish I could give a 0!! Horrible service with Suzanne Phillips and her nurse! They don't care about patients, I feel really disappointed, I will not come back and my mother either! I will also file complaints with our medical insurances!
