EDITED: I CHANGED PROVIDERS TO A DIFFERENT INDIVIDUAL IN THE SAME CLINIC AND SHE WAS GREAT. MY REVIEW OF LONGFIELD STANDS HE GETS ONLY 1 STAR - after viewing the negative reviews i felt obligated to share my opinion that reflects the same: my appt with dr. longfield was not a pleasant one. i feel like he just checked the box since this was a va community care referral. he didn't address the problem with the infection in my ears and i will be contacting community care to keep them from sending any more veterans to yet another... read more
I ask to see MD what I got was a nurse. I told them I don't need hearing test but they charge me for hearing test 536.00 (waste of money.) I paid Co pay 30.00 to see MD then they charge me 24.56 for nurse I nevr ask for . They owe me for Co pay for MD I never saw . The insurance company told me not to pay for nurse . I had an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Longfield and he made me have trust in medical professionals again. I had a horrible experience with a doctor previously and when I finally met Dr. Longfield, I truly felt heard for the first time in a very long time. Since I had a previous experience with thyroid issues and experiencing it again, he never said, “just trust me”, or “it’s just what I do” like previous doctors told me. Horrible and uncaring. I unfortunately had to have two visits with this provider because he is the only ENT in my area. On both visits he identified my two separate conditions to my sinus and throat/gland areas that need treatment but said it would be too extensive for him to take care of??! Pretty much just excused any of my needs of care and referred me away. I definitely do not recommend this provider.
