The staff at wellstone ear, nose and throat are extremely polite. The doctor is also very kind, answers questions and is very patient. I would recommend wellstone to anyone with hearing issues. My next appointment will be with an allergist.
Went two times, got set up with allergy testing, even signed papers to get the shots going...this was in november..said they'd call me in 3 weeks to get shots going..never heard back...its February now...ive called 2x and they dont return call. Very odd. I guess I didnt need the allergy shots....unprofessional.
I am unsure who will see this review or if anything at all will be done but this is the only place I can voice my frustration. I have seen Dr. Evan Longfield at least 4 times now. The first appointment was nice as he scoped out my nose/throat with a camera to investigate what the issue was. He deduced that I had a sinus issue and prescribed nasal sprays and a sinus flush. I have noticed I have had hearing issues since the military. "Not service connected" they said, 🙄 but I still got a disability rating and far better care at Wellstone ENT plus a GREAT deal on my hearing aids.
