Entered to get a Covid rapid test. The lady in the front desk informed me in a cold, unfriendly tone, that there would be a wait due to reservations. If I would like to go online to make a reservation. While I was in the process of trying to see any open reservations, she got up and walked away. I waited an additional 10-15 minutes for her to return, 5 of those were after I rang the bell up front. This place is awful, what place isn’t able to verify insurance by personal information.
Went in a Sunday morning. Seen quickly. Very thorough and friendly doctor and front desk staff.
The front desk person here is the most rude, condescending person I've dealt with anywhere. She has no compassion that you're sick, no understanding of aged or handicapped. I tried to explain everything to her and to do everything in one trip because I can't walk. She repeatedly called me up and wouldn't talk to me unless we were face to face.
