I’ve been here twice and they are absolutely amazing here! Both times I saw different NP, but their bedside manners are great and they actually listen to your concerns. They take their time with you, so I don’t feel rushed to leave. It is very clean as well! Anytime I need to go to urgent care, this is definitely the place to go.
Seems like just a money grab all around with Wellstar. I went in with an injured elbow. I left with no treatment for the infected in the elbow but instead a referral for high blood pressure?? They did one reading, incorrectly, in an urgent care setting and they diagnose me with high blood pressure. I've never had high blood pressure. Still don't. Providers here are GREAT! John & Patience both listened to my needs and got me taken care of in a timely & fashionable manner.
I always go to this urgent care. The office is clean and new looking. The staff is very nice and goes what needs to get done no issues.
