Amazing diagnostic procedure and bedside manners. Much better than Piedmont
Worse service ever. No doctor onsite just nurses. They text the doctor with your symptoms and the doctor called back and referred you to ER. What’s the point going to an urgent care if there’s no doctor. They should let you know at check in. They’re good at taking co-payments at front. Will never go back there.
While the visit we had did not go the way we had hoped, (had to f/u with a specialist and the could not treat) we got the correct medical advice. PA John diagnosed a significant cauliflower ear and advised us to go to ER or ENT. The ENT repaired the ear.
Literally THE BEST urgent care/doctor's visit I've ever experienced. From the front desk woman to the doctor herself, they were all so knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Karwin made me feel so at ease and took her time to make me feel comfortable by talking through everything with me. Dr. Nancy was incredible as well. Will definitely be coming back!!
