Idk who runs this location but …. Absolutely HORRIBLE! To be called a “urgent care” they move with NO urgency ! I came for a SIMPLE 10 minute Covid test for my job … I have now been here for a whole hour like wowwww… the staff seem like they do not care either like this is ridiculous I see why the low rating yeah please don’t bring your love ones here if for a true emergency they’re terrible

I went to this clinic because I had a bad asthma attack. I sat in the exam room for at least 30 minutes. The Dr. or Physicians assistant (not sure of title) came in and examed me. She had a nurse give me a nebulizer treatment and a steroid shot. They told me they would send my prescription to Walgreens. I left the office at 4pm. The pharmacy closes at 6pm. I called the pharmacy twice. No prescription. I called Wellstar TWICE each time they told me they'll call it in. The nebulizer and steroid shot gave me extreme nervousness... read more

0/10!!!!! I waited over 2 hours just for my daughter to be seen. She had an appointment, not a walk-in. She had a choking spell in the waiting room. According to them, "There's nothing we can do." MULTIPLE people were seen before us. Even though, we were the only people in the waiting room when we arrived. We watched the waiting room fill and empty 4 times. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! If the staff were paid to laugh and gossip, they'd all be billionaires. VERY POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!
