This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had at a walk in clinic. Their posted closing time is 8:00 PM, and I arrived around 7:20 PM. There was only one self check in kiosk, and an elderly woman was clearly struggling to use it. Instead of helping her, the receptionist sat behind the counter and watched her struggle. I was sick with afib back in March 2026 and they know I couldn’t drive my car so one of the workers decided to het my car toad. It wasn’t a cheap town because my family had to get the car out of impound. I will never visit this clinic again.
