Went in after work yesterday & i was about 25 minutes away but it didn’t take long for them to see me & they were friendly.
I went in about an hour before they closed and I was in and out a little after they closed. They are super nice and helpful, thorough, they’re quick to the point but it doesn’t feel rushed at all. The service was wonderful!
There is some ambiguous wording if you are paying via credit/debit card on their registration. It makes it seem like they are keeping your credit card info on file past your co-payment, billing insurance, then using that saved info to process payments on your balance. If you decline to sign permission to keep your info on file, you will be charged the full balance of the visit (I was told $232). Got there 45 minutes before they closed. They took us right in took very good care of my daughter who had severely cut her big toe. All of the staff was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Everything was clearly explained and they did a great job stitching up the bottom of her toe. Definitely will go there again if urgent care is needed.
