didn't have to wait long. all the staff were very nice and professional. Really liked the Dr he was very kind and professional.

I received great care. Dr. Patel was so professional with a very kind courtesy. He treated me with a concern for my illness. So thankful I chose to go there. The LPNs were also very professional!
My 3 y/o son ended up getting a pretty nasty cut on his head, so we decided to take him to your Smyrna location. What a huge mistake that was. I was literally collecting dust, waiting to get into the back.....which never happened after waiting over 2 hours. Decided to get a refund, took my son home and after cleaning the laceration & some super glue, he was all good. I'll never go back. What a joke
I arrived in debilitating pain from multi level degenerative disc disease. I was sent by my Wellstar primary care physician. This Urgent Care had access to all of my records and documentation of my condition. Refused to treat me. Instead made me go to the Wellstar Hospital to get relief. Is this proper care or good use of insurance dollars? This clinic treated me with zero compassion and was dismissive and rude. I will be filing a complaint with Wellstar corporate.
I was horrible pain my ankles were swollen and i couldn't walk. They gave me motion and told me good luck till I had my appointment with my real doctor in FIVE days. It was horrible!!!! I kept calling saying the medicine gave me restless leg syndrome and they just said about 10 times "you should go to your orthopedic" seven hours of my life wasted!
