Very hard to get a hold of. I waited on the phone for 20 min for someone to pick up. I work at a Doctors Office and its hard sitting on the phone for over 20 min just so I can get a fax number lol. I have left a voicemail a couple of months ago and never heard anything back.
Everyone was very nice, Jessi & Jess, took very good care of me. They made me feel very comfortable with the whole situation.
