The scheduler was rude on the phone. Hung up on me while I was still talking! It's hard to have a positive attitude about a doctor's office when the first person you speak to acts like you are putting her out and is annoyed that she has to actually schedule appointments. My husband wanted to schedule a physical with Dr Jimmerson. They told him that since he hadn’t been to see him in 4 years, they need to re-establish care with a New Patient “Consultation”. Fair. Not unheard of. But this is… BEWARE! A New Patient “Consulation” costs $533. Because we haven’t met our deductible, he was required to pay $310 prior to even being taken back to see the doctor for a “consultation”. Do not go here. Doctors don’t listen, don’t treat you for what your in for and will bill the save visit multiple ways so that they can suck more money out of you. Customer service is horrible.
