I absolutely hate this office between not answering the phones waiting over 45 minutes for appointments scheduled all of the above make me hate wellstar as a whole

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Osara, and what a breath of fresh air she was, she listened, she cared, she created a plan even though I was skeptical, she made everything clear for me, and was just so gentle, I lost hope with doctors, but felt I could trust her, the front desk staff was pleasant as well, and my nurse, I believe Brittany was her name, she was very sweet too
