*UPDATE* They called and we resolved the issue. Im happy that we got a chance to talk after things calmed down because we were able to reach an understanding and clear things up. I am looking forward to visiting this office in the future. I booked an appointment here through Zocdoc and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Because Zocdoc uses a privacy email (a detail I was made aware of by the receptionist), I did not receive the clinic's "welcome" message about their lateness policy. I made an appt. with Dr. Dinh via Zocdoc about a week ahead of time. The day before the appointment, the office canceled with no explanation. I have attempted to call three times and left three messages requesting assistance rescheduling with Dr. Dinh, as no slots for her appear for months online. My calls have never been answered nor have my messages been returned. It's a shame the admin and scheduling team are non-existent because Dr. Dinh seems like she works very hard for her patients.
Very disappointed: appointment scheduled with less than 24 hours notice and no reason given. This appointment was scheduled months in advance! Prior to this, phone calls to the office routinely go unanswered and messages unreturned. It's a shame: Dr. Dinh was recommended to me and I was excited to find a new PCP. One star is too many for the poor communication, and looking at recent reviews this is a consistent problem!
Apparently this location doesn’t take walk-ins even though it says it ALL OVER THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING & ONLINE! Also horrible access to the building!
