We will go to Tanner in Villa Rica next time. Over 3 hrs here and a hour of that in the hallway of the ER before seeing anyone. This hospital and staff has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Thank you but no thank you. Sure hope we don't get charged for a room since we never entered one.

RecommendedThe entire experience was amazing from beginning to end! And it doesn't really end because the support and feeling of team and family goes in long after! At almost 4 years after my surgery, I still feel close to Dr. JP and go to the support meetings.
I have literally been sitting in the ER SINCE 7:45 PM... its now 12:15 AM.. had labs..xray..ekg...and an IV and they send u BACK TO THE WAITING ROOM WITH IV PORT...literally people laying around not being tended too... as a healthcare worker myself, i am ashamed for them.. why would I give me my EKG have me sit with it..tell me my heart "misfiring" and I'm still not seen. how is this ER still open. might as well go to Grady..n pack a lunch..
RecommendedI had the BEST experience with this hospital! All the staff were warm and welcoming. Very easy to talk to. Once they saw my situation was a bit more serious they got me taken care of and made me comfortable almost immediately! Thank you all so much!

My daughter was in patient for 4 days- trash wasn’t taken out- wounds had to be requested for dressing to be changed. Meds weren’t given in correct doses. Nurses have horrific attitudes- my husband had the same experience a few months ago. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital for my dog. Stay away- it’s worth the drive to go to north side or Emory.
