I went in there for blood work for diabetes, they tested me for everything but diabetes then when i did my follow up and she wanted me to come back again for the 3rd time for something that should have happened with the first appointment, but i was too broke to go again!!! Called up there today to make an appointment, because now i lost the feelings in the tips of my toes and the lady on the phone was very short and rude! I had the BEST experience with this hospital! All the staff were warm and welcoming. Very easy to talk to. Once they saw my situation was a bit more serious they got me taken care of and made me comfortable almost immediately! Thank you all so much!
This hospital has the longest wait time I’ve ever seen. I came in today to make sure my hand wasn’t broken and you can visibly see that it’s probably broken. I’ve been here 2 hours. In the time I’ve been waiting I have seen 5 different families come in after me and get seen before me. All with trivial or minor problems. I am fed up. This hospital needs to be shut down. They are very unprofessional. This is only ONE of the problems I’ve had here.
Horrible wait time! Waited over two hours only to find out the peds was not open! That is something they should have told me when i signed in. I finally left after 2.5 hours and was never seen by a doctor
Improve wait times. Build more triage rooms. Three is not enough.
