I was very disappointed when I arrived for my visit with Dr. Bhattacharya. The appointment was supposed to be 15 minutes long. Upon arrival, the MA asked me if I had been contacted to get my x-rays done, I told her I hadn't been. She proceeded to tell me their X-ray machine was down, and they could not do the initial x-ray needed, so I would need to go downstairs to urgent care to complete this. I’m frustrated that I had to have X-rays at Piedmont and Wellstar because Teresa didn’t know how to open my disc from Piedmont. She wasn’t patient enough to wait for the disc to retrieve the images, so she said we are going to just take them again. She said she was behind and didn’t have time to wait. That’s extra radiation, minimum but extra. How do you make a clinical decision like that? Now I’m paying for two sets of X-rays because of her.
