If you are a senior citizen, new patient, in severe knee pain do NOT use this office. Unorganized, unprofessional, rude and no compassion. My husband started April 1 informing them of his new insurance, so they would start the process of pre authorization, he was told he had an appt, April 8. I called Dr Anderson and Wellstar in Hiram Ga. They saw me the same day. I had been having pain in my right knee from what I can only imagine from a cardio workout. No impact elliptical machine . I explained it had been at the time 2 weeks before my visit. Dr Anderson gave me a steroid shot to the knee that only lasted 2 days plus medication and an ointment that had done nothing. I seen Dr. Patel this previous Monday. He was very thorough during his exam of my hip and didn't just write me off. He was concerned about prescribing a medication since I'm pregnant. I got the go ahead from my pregnancy doctor that I could start this medication today. I received a call from Dr. Patel himself after 5pm saying he sent my prescription to the pharmacy and he asked me how my appointment went.
