Great practice! The staff is wonderful and Dr. Eric Siskaddon is an outstanding, knowledgeable orthopedic surgeon, very personable and he carefully listens to his patient's needs and designs an approach to resolve the issue, carefully explaining all options. Highly recommend!
never had to rate 1 star before for anything, but the dishonesty that happened here blew me away. Left me waiting 60minutes past my scheduled appt and I never got to see the doctor. I have a receipt showing I paid the copay in person at the desk 30minutes before my scheduled appt, so I waited total of 90minutes. Never received a call from the doctor wanting to know what happened. Instead, I got a "No Reply" electronic message that read, "left without being seen" after 15minutes. My surgical procedure with Dr. Burns was amazing and his team has been wonderful also. From the beginning I have had the best experience with everyone especially Ms. LaWanda and Ms. Jennie M. Everyone’s communication skills have been more than a patient can ask for even during recovery. Whether short-term or long-term, I have recommended him to friends and family members because I know they will be treated professionally and with respect. Thank you!!! See you soon!
