I’m hoping to see Dr.K . Does know how which location she sees patients.. and what could she possibly do for my neck pain and bone spur .. the bones in my neck pop every day it sounds like they crumble up but also numbness running down my arms and legs and into my feet my neck flares up from my neck pain when I get numbness feeling I can’t pick up anything or bare wait on my feet
Let me say this...Some of the staff I can definitely say love their job and treat patients with respect. Ms.Dee at the front desk always have a wonderful spirit she takes care of me and I appreciate her for that. Mrs.Wanda on the other hand she always seems frustrated with her job. She doesn't have any patience with the patients she has an attitude problem. Impossible to get on the phone. Can't even leave a message. It just hangs up on me
Dr. K is the best and knowledgeable
The doctor here was great but the receptionist and accounting/billing agents need to lesson is customer service. Everyone that visits this establishment should be welcomed with good energy and a willingness to serve. I did not get that vibe from admin staff. Nurses and doctors were great!
