Poor staff, poor care, uncaring people. From the front door to the exit.
OK experience having my baby there many years ago, horrible ER experience. Not only could they not provide a doctor within more than 5 hours in a situation with dangerous vitals, we were the only ones in the waiting room, but also will they not send you a bill (for not providing service, mind you, we ended up at Northside in the wee hours) but you will find a collections entry on your credit report for a bill you and your insurance never received, and collections won't have contacted you either. always an amazingly polite and kind staff with a better bedside manner then any other hospital in the area. They all really care.
If your not bleeding to death on an elderly then your problem is not an emergency! I wonder how meny deaths they have a week in the emergency department alone! U wanna live go to Northside St.Joesph or anywhere else!
Third time here with my mom in a year's time. Have been in other Atlanta area hospitals, but North Fulton is our preference. Excellent care, all private rooms, every new care person introduces themselves immediately.
Horrible ER service. Quick doesn't always mean accurate. Rude employees.
Special care is given to special patients on isolation.
So incredibly friendly, caring, & kind (especially compared to other metro area hospitals I've experienced)!
I used to love this hospital! I encouraged everyone to have their babies here! But after hearing about their mistreatment of a family member, I am shocked. The hospital also appears to have deleted my previous post with the details. But giving antibiotics to a newborn when there is no infection is not necessary, nor will refusal to give them give a baby brain damage!
