As a treatment coordinator myself, I’m leaving this review based on the first impression I had of this facility. I called to schedule an appointment with a neurologist, as instructed by the physician at the Wellstar Emergency Room—where, by the way, the service was absolutely stellar! Unprofessional and rude receptionist. Was simply trying to schedule an appointment for my wife and she keeps hanging up repeatedly. Impossible to get a hold of the front desk and voicemails are never returned. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
