Your phone system is absolutely reprehensible. I was on hold for five hours. I finally had to drive up to the office and physically make an appointment. Where I was told it's normal to hold sometimes for DAYS.
I had a wonderful experience with Nooshin Kiani Nia, MD . She was friendly, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to me and understand my concerns. She explained my medication and choices clearly, which helped me feel more informed and confident about my treatment. What impressed me most was the amount of time she spent with me.
