Dr Jack Shen's staff is very pleasant & professional. This was my initial visit with Dr. Shen. He was very thorough and patient when discussing my extensive history as well as my lengthy medication list. The physical evaluation of my essential tremor was also thorough. He has a very comfortable, knowledgeable mannerism.
Dr. E. Bennett was attentive, professional, and friendly.

Everyone at Wellstar Neurology were very professional and helpful. Dr Shen and his Physician Assistant Dan Li were both excellent in treating my wife. They were both very positive and very supportive while their assessment and recommendations were spot on.
