They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've been Dr. Webb's patient since 1987. My sister has been his patient since 1984. Dr. Webb delivered both her sons. My daughter has been his patient since 2007. We all love him and his staff. He answers my questions directly, encourages my participation in my own health care, and showed genuine concern when I was ill. I've never felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient -- he always makes sure we've covered everything before we say goodbye.
