This hospital has the longest wait time I’ve ever seen. I came in today to make sure my hand wasn’t broken and you can visibly see that it’s probably broken. I’ve been here 2 hours. In the time I’ve been waiting I have seen 5 different families come in after me and get seen before me. All with trivial or minor problems. I am fed up. This hospital needs to be shut down. They are very unprofessional. This is only ONE of the problems I’ve had here.

Horrible wait time! Waited over two hours only to find out the peds was not open! That is something they should have told me when i signed in. I finally left after 2.5 hours and was never seen by a doctor

The doctors and staff seem fantastic. However, save your paperwork if you self pay in full at the time of service. They coded both my son's paperwork wrong in August and September. One son's just went to the collection agency. The other son's has gone to two different insurance companies (I SELF PAID - no insurance exchanged hands) The doctor's office records show I've paid in full. The billing department has double charged me for testing and removed the discount for paying in full at time of service (so now they say I owe).... read more

Hire people that know how to do there job and arnt lazy. And get an aditude when a patient ask you to do something for them. Not just wellstar paulding but all wellstars are going downhill. Fast
