I made an appt online. . The office isn’t even opened. . I showed up and no one was here and cant get anyone on the phone. Complete wait of time.
The office refuses to confirm my prescription at the pharmacy. This seems like a normal issue based off of other reviews.
This had nothing to do with Dr. Lockwood. He is no longer at the practice........ I cannot believe what just happened after calling this doctor's office today. My pharmacy has been trying to get a script refilled for me for over a month and i have sent a question in reference to this on their website. I also called the office myself. I visited once when Dr. Lockwood was there to get a shingles shot with the hope of making the practice my PHP, but when I returned for the 2nd shot, they insisted on giving me a physical (to charge my insurance, no doubt); then told me they didn't have the vaccine. I made the appointment to get the vaccine, so my request for a vaccine could not have been news to them. made an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to find out that the office that I have the appointment with was closed then I call to find out where I need to go. They say it's a 10 minute drive down the street and all actuality it's a 20 minute Drive Once i arrive they tell me they can not see me cuz im late!!!!! I explained to them I would have been here on time if someone informed me that the location has been closed and provided me with is correct address.
