My appointment was cancelled by the practice due to being scheduled with another doctor in the practice. Was told about it when I went to check in. Rescheduled to 2 hours later without being notified.
I am not a good patient but this practice welcomed me and made me feel comfortable from the moment I approached them. All of the staff was so sweet and the NP Neumann was kind, thorough and knowledgeable
Thorough annual check up. All questions addressed. All tests and Rx reviewed.
Dr. Hornsby was really great! I felt that he listened to my concerns and spent a lot of time with me which I really appreciated. He was also open to hearing suggestions about what I thought was wrong with my body, which is not something all doctors are willing to do. It's a relief to have found a new PCP after a few duds!
