The doctor was very kind, attentive, and professional, and I truly appreciate his/her approach. However, I would recommend that the nurse be more careful. During the procedure, my vein burst while the IV was being placed, and this is how my arm ended up. A bit more attention during such procedures would greatly improve patient comfort and safety. Overall, my experience was mixed: the doctor was excellent, but the nursing care needs improvement.

I had Sherry S James, NP and she was amazing she listening to all my concerns and recommended great things to help me in my journey . This was my first time going to her and I’ll never go to anyone else but her now . She made me feel very safe and cared for me as if I was her family. I Truly love her now . I’m writing this review out of genuine concern about the quality of care I received. I came in on 11/20 for severe neck muscle spasms—a 10/10 on the pain scale. I couldn’t turn my head left or right. I explained to Dr. Asthana that my husband works in emergency medicine and typically prescribes Valium for patients who present with acute muscle spasms and are unable to move. This office is very nice and convenient. I had a very good experience. I gave 4 stars because the young lady at the front desk never smiled or made me feel real comfortable. She was professional. Just doesn’t have a bubbly personality. However, Lucy (MA) was fantastic! She greeted me with a smile and just made me feel real comfortable. Dr. Patel was very kind. He is very thorough and thinks about all options for your treatment. He also has a very warm and welcoming spirit. I will be bringing my children.
