Medical staff is great, but the front desk customer service is terrible. Not the level of professionalism I would expect from a doctor’s office.
I've been going to Dr Pandey for years now and am left completely stunned by their staff's treatment today. I ran out of a medication over the weekend so put in a request through mychart like they tell you to do, like I've done many many times. They responded that I needed to make an appointment so I sent a reply that I was out of the medication and if I could make an appointment as well as get a refill. Dr Pandey, Latisha and Carolyn are caring and geniune. These ladies are patient, kind and take time to listen. Thank you ladies for the wonderful treatment you provide. I recommend this office to everyone I know. 🥰
This was my first visit to this facility. My overall experience was really great. NP Brian was very detailed in asking questions and taking down details. Dr Asthana was extreme knowledgeable and provided detailed and clear answers to all my queries. I would strongly recommend the facility and the team to anyone looking for a great primary care in Alpharetta area
