We arrived at dr. Plotnicks office ,signed in and sat down to wait to see the dr. There was only one other patient in the waiting room. We waited an hour and a half before we were called by the nurse. We then sat in the exam room for another hour before the dr came in. Can't figure why it took soooo long to see the doc for 10 to 15 minutes. Awful service.
Plotnick ..stay away !!! Arrogant Doesn’t follow his own office guidelines …scheduled my sons surgery ..took money …then cancelled and rescheduled twice before having to cancel for a month saying my son tested positive for cOvid ..despite two additional tests being negative ..making us wait for an entire month ..AND MAKING US DO THE WHOLE PROCESS AGAIN …consultation and money process all over…
The office is nice and new. Dr. McCray is personable and patient. Dr. Plotnick is thorough and knowledgeable.
