I came in to have a blood draw today. Only took about 15-20 minutes total. Liz was my phlebotomist and she is AWESOME. Best labs experience I have ever have. I expressed my concerns that sometimes I pass out and my veins roll and she said she would pull from a hand (most places absolutely refuse to). She was very quick and efficient and everything was over in less than a minute. This location isn't near me but I will probably be driving back in the future for labs.
My visit on 5/2/25 at 3:00 PM to Wellstar Lab Services at Camp Creek was deeply upsetting, and I feel compelled to report what occurred. After checking in at the kiosk, I was instructed by the screen to speak with the receptionist. When I approached the desk, I was ignored until a staff member behind the window finally acknowledged me, only to rudely direct me back to the kiosk. Had a disturbing experience at Camp Creek location, sign in for my 88 year old mother,at 11:43 they over looked us taking at least 7 clients that came in after us. 3 people at least walked out due to staff rudeness, I inquired if all these people had appointments, she ask why didn’t I say something, which was difficult to speak to anyone. She then took the last client and told me we sign in at 12:30! Which was totally incorrect!! Never will we return or suggest anyone use that location.
I came in at 9am this morning to have labs drawn. I checked in using a kiosk. No problem. I went to get some water from the dispenser and Tanya called me back. She was very pleasant, great humor, and professional. One stick and 4 vials later, I was done. My kinda phlebotomist. Thank you
Google says they are open on weekends. I drove on Sunday 30 and they were closed. Not happy
