9:20: Arrive for my 9:30 appointment. They tell me my estimate for a PCP visit is $210 which I told them sounded wrong. They insisted. I cancelled the appoint at 9:24 9:26: I called my insurance company and explain. They say it should be covered under my copay. 9:33: I go back inside and explain to the lady at the front desk what the insurance company is saying and offer to let her speak to them so she can receive reference numbers regarding my particular insurance plan. The clinical staff does not answer the phone or return phone calls, it’s going on day 3 I still haven’t gotten a call back from her after leaving a message. Nurse Brown didn’t send my birth control to the pharmacy and I called none stop and no one answered. I had to drive back to the office and the office waiting area was completely empty so it’s not like they were super busy. I still haven’t gotten a call for my results. The staff members at this office does not care about your health.
