I have called this office several times concern in my mom. I was told to get a referral for my mom. The referral went through but then given to a nurse to review it. I was told that I would get a call back. I never did. I called back just to be put on a “brief” hold that lasted 20 min. Then I was told that I would get a call back late in the day for a follow up on the referral. I never got a phone call back. I really just want to help my mom who is very sick and hard of hearing.
I was dismissed of having Lyme and mycoplasma even though I had labs that showed I am in active infection with both. I was told Lyme doesn’t exist in Georgia and I need to give that up. He said my mycoplasma is asthma and my severely elevated liver enzymes that have never been high before are because I am over weight.
