RecommendedState of the art treatments for all diagnoses! Great people!!!
Horrible billing department. As patients if we dont get a bill and we are past the due date it doesnt matter, as a matter of fact nothing matters. If your mail doesnt work and you dont pay you are automatically in collections.
Their billing department is very shady. Good customer service is not part of their vocabulary.
terrible doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dirty facilities. worst experience of my life, if you have the choice go somewhere else.
Thank god I never had to go there personally. But I still have to deal with the repercussions of their terrible terrible skill. My grandfather went in with cancer and they decided to cut him open to get it out. We'll when they did they forgot a few things and sewed his intestines together so he could poop. So he went septic several times before we found out what was wrong. Several of my friends have babies. And none of the Dr's care or even do the right thing and help. They say the kid looks fine you just need to put rice in... read more

I am done with Wellstar and their doctors at Douglasville Medical Center. I went in for a physical in July with Dr. Craton. He charged me for TWO office visits because I discussed some problems. It was a physical. And one of the first things he asked me was what problems, if any, I was having. I thought a physical was to discuss my “wellness” with my doctor. At least that is what they do at Kaiser where my parents are members. According to someone in their billing department they charge me for this visit because “discussing ... read more

My family has been a long time believer in the Wellstar Health System. We've had children born into the system...loved ones saved by the system and some have died. My personal allegiance ends TODAY. Because of the vagaries and equivocation regarding the care of my mother's health, my confidence is hereby eroded to the point of NO RETURN. Your hospital personnel seems to use google.com as a diagnostic tool, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, and the lack of detail in explaining the never ending change in... read more
