Great staff wellstar on Roswell road always friendly and helpful my health is improving since going there
I have had hit or miss interactions with doctors in Wellstar here in Atlanta. The bureaucracy is INSANE. I have to call a doctor to fax something to another doctor - WHAT?!?! This is why you're all in a system! You should just do this without me having to call in between meetings to make it happen. And this has happened in two cases of cancer screening. Let me tell you health care providers, the one thing a patient doesn't need when they're getting screened for cancer is more bureaucracy in the way of getting information.
My visits to my doctor for routine blood work went from $45 copay to $243.22 + $45 after Wellstar Health System took over the practice. Same doctors, same office visit, same blood work...very disheartened and disappointed.

The doctors and staff are outstanding but the accounting/financial staff need some remedial math! I continue have problems with my account.

Find it un professional to not notify patients especially ones that had surgery under a surgeon that he’s no longer with wellstar and Jenifer Mccall is very arrogant to put nicely
Completely ridiculous pricing and very shady business practice. They billed me $166.50 to EXTEND a prescription that I was ALREADY on. Separate charge from the physician. This was just the hospital charging me for something they had nothing to do with. Then they send the bill and give me two weeks to pay it - during the holiday season. I will go anywhere else but Wellstar in the future.
