RecommendedLove Donna’s Fit Gen Classes on Wednesday! She is creative with her “dance” routines for the aerobic portion of our workout; and also incorporates weights, balls, bands, etc. Good all around workout for strength, balance, and coordination.

My Hubby just had a wonderful well over do massage today. He has been working from home since March & his chronic illness has made this transition very difficult of working from home & sitting more then usual.
