The Dr was very nice and helpful. She took the time to explain everything that she was doing. Very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her
Had repeated bloody noses and hearing issue one ear. Regular ENT had moved and found this via insurance. They made appointment same day. Took care of both issues same day. I have not been a fan of wellstar in the past. But in recent history (past 3 years,) they made great improvements in their staff and facilities.
From the time I was greeted by the very friendly and upbeat front office staff associate to Brooke who took great care of me with my hearing test to meeting Dr. Kaufman everything was absolutely amazing! Brooke was so kind, gentle, spoke to me with care and concern, told me everything she would be doing for my hearing test.
