I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were about the same as other medical providers' offices. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I really felt welcomed here. The doctor and staff were friendly and accommodating. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
