Having read all the good reviews, I made an appointment for laser hair removal with Shannon Hicks. To my surprise, the service that I received was nowhere near acceptable. Shannon kept talking on her cell phone when performing laser hair removal on my legs and underarms and did not bother when I told her that it really hurt when she did not remove the laser from my skin right after each zap.
