My experiences with Mr Maguire over these last months have left me more and more shaken and battered, and today I was forced to file a complaint with an attorney who deals with ADA (American's with Disabilities Act) violations. Mr Maguire's actions toward me, witnessed by my partner, other patients and strangers, have been clearly discriminatory on the basis of my disability and he has used the fact that I use a service dog to help mitigate my disabilities and enable me to function in the world as a reason for those actions.... read more
