The latest case aid brought bed bugs to my apartment. I have sent proof and received admission by the case aid that she been treating her home for bed bugs and It has been confirmed (by an apology that "they didn't know until I sent pictures") with one of the supervisors, "Michaela", who first told me it was acne marks on her legs until I told her I record every one of my visits and my aunt asked the case aid what the marks were on her legs and she told my aunt ther were bug bites. It’s really unfortunate that there is not a zero star option. I worked for wellspring for about 3 1/2 months and during that time there was nothing but miscommunication and chaos constantly and me having to drop what I’m doing to go somewhere to fix their mistakes all the time. I have been a foster parent for 6 years and in the last two years we switched from Catholic Charities to Wellspring and WOW what a positive change. The team at Wellspring is phenomenal. We have taken a couple really tough cases and kids with high needs and the agency team was available and willing to support in anyway possible. They also helped us apply for a grant so we could continue fostering when we thought we'd have to close our license.
