I had a great experience here. They went out of their way to make me feel warm and comfortable for the few hours I was there for my infusion. I highly recommend this clinic and would come back if I needed more infusions.
Never had such a good experience getting an infusion. Feeling taken care of. Clinic has a nice set up. Staff are very friendly and skilled.
My grandma and my family had a wonderful iron infusion experience at Wellspring Infusion Clinic, specifically their Surrey clinic. The clinic is spacious, clean, and exceptionally comforting, making it a very relaxing environment for patients. Nurse Lisa at the Surrey location deserves special mention. I had a terrible experience getting an iron infusion at the Wellness Spring Surrey location. The first nurse, who seemed inexperienced, struggled with inserting the IV. He failed on the first vein and only managed to get it in after moving it around in the second vein. The monitors started beeping repeatedly, but the staff didn’t seem concerned and kept going back to their desks. Eventually, my arm began to burn, and when they checked, it was swollen with a ball of fluid. They removed the IV and tried again on the other arm.... read more
