Wonderful place to live. The units are large and open, management is responsive and helpful, and it is an amazing location. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery store, Downtown/East Village, etc.
I love the apartment I have moved into. I’ve been here almost a year now and I intend fully to sign another lease. I have been treated with respect and with a sense of urgency and care. Amanda has always responded with kindness to my inquiries and sometimes silly questions. Yes, sometimes a maintenance request does take longer than I’d like, but we’re all in this journey together. I currently live here, and overall, it is a really nice place to live. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could, but I have to choose between 3 and 4. The positives: Beautiful neighborhood, spacious apartment, excellent modern fixtures and appliances, AC/heat work well, attractive interior space with hardwood floors and a sort of neutral bordering on mediterranean paint scheme.
