I had a positive experience in the Emergency Department. Although it was busy, I was triaged quickly and kept informed throughout the process. Once I was admitted for care, the staff members were respectful and very pleasant. Overall, the total time from check-in to triage, admission for care, and discharge was about three hours.
Short stay unit is musty. Much like a basement. It might actually be a basement because there's no windows. Big dust collection around air vents and clinging to the ceiling. Also I informed staff there was blood on the wall in my room and they just shrugged it off. It was just a few drops. Prolly from a flick of an IV cath being removed. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been to this location a few times. Both times they couldn't find anything wrong with me dispute me having severe abdominal pain. Nothing was offered to help. Just some iv fluids and 8 hours later and sent me on my way. All I got was a referral to a gi doctors office. Come to find out i had IBS D and BAM. Also. Even if you make monthly payments on your accounts and the accounts are up to date with payments they will still send your bill over to collections without a "formal" payment plan ... read more
DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL… This place is absolutely horrible I don’t know how they have these so called doctors working there and they can’t even send the correct medication that they prescribed!! They could really kill someone. This hospital needs to be looked into because they are not good at all. The lady that checked us out i don’t remember her name..
