The hospital lacks hospitality. Lacks hospitable CNA’s and also very little bedside manners to the patients. They did not clean up after themselves and the toilet hats to collect urine would sit until the patient gets rid of them. They also did not have a gift shop which is important to help provide a sense of care to the patient from the patients family. Straighten up WellSpan.
York hospital needs to be checked they are NOT FOLLOWING THE HIPPA RULE! Everything is a joke Talking out loud about patients issues. Asking personal questions while others can hear. Gossiping and making fun of patients! A curtain is not helping either! I really felt embarrassed for the patient that received their results. Disgusting hospital. Harass and threaten patients to get out of hospital that are medically unstable and disabled. They should be ashamed of themselves for how they abuse patients. They caused further damage to the patient and the patient was not stable to leave the hospital. The patient died due to poor care at Wellspan Hospital. I would not recommend this hospital to an animal!!!!!!! Don't go here if you value your life!!!!!!!!
Don't bring your child to crisis. If your child is not homicidal or suicidal they won't take them . My hid had a behavioral outburst and I took him there. I asked them what for medications did they put him one . And they told me the ones that was listed on his chart. Im like I took him off that medication 2 weeks ago because it made his behavior worse. Every time I have visited, been treated, had images done, anything, there has been some sort of issue, or I’ve had a terrible experience, they fail continuously to provide adequate care and services. I was in a terrible car accident and was sent to York hospital. They had me sit in the waiting room, crying, in intense pain, bloody and beat.
