Terrible server they are supposed to come in and give relief when it come to help with my mother in law and they show up for like 5 mins. And over half of them are rude as all get out like why have this is as a job if you dont want to do it..
Wellspan VNA PT Robin Swope discharged my grandmother despite physician’s orders to continue home health PT and OT with new goals. Robin stated my grandmother was “no longer homebound because she could leave the home”. I explained that a homebound status doesn’t mean a person cannot leave the home for medical appointments and that she’s been homebound for 3 years. Fabulous OT & PT. Kind & very helpful. When therapists report something to their supervisor & they become involved ….interaction becomes condescending & disrespectful. I do not appreciate bulldogs nor will I tolerate. The next time this type of follow up care is needed, I hope we have other options. People skills are lacking. We are not children..
They denied my sister care cause we reported the hospital for missing important nutrients she needed.
My mother and I have had a wonderful experience with the nurses, OT and PT staff that arrive at her home. They are very attentive and their goals Aline with Moms and our family. I wish we could have them for more than an hour at a time.
