What a great staff! Everyone that I came in contact with was very helpful & professional. They listened to my concerns & answered my questions. From intake to getting release papers, 100 wonderful. I would feel comfortable returning to this office anytime I was in need. Thank you!!
Twisted my ankle while on vacation passing through PA. Luisa and her staff were amazing. Took such great care of me and kept the mood very light and humorous. Explained the injury and helped me get into an Ortho referral the same day, a Sunday. Very caring, kind and professional. You all rock! Thank you for getting me back on the road.
Heard the women at the front desk gossiping and making fun of patients loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear. They were basically making fun of patients calling in and not knowing what certain medicines are and basically acting like they are dumb for not knowing. Understand that if you come here you will get talked about and made fun of for not knowing as much as the people who work there.
Called to get information and ASHLEY WAS RUDE!!!! If you dont want to do your job and be ignorant how about u find another job!!! People like u are why this place goes downhill My goodness don't call and ask a question smfh
