I never had a problem with this urgent care until today! I was seen yesterday and called about a prescription refill. I had called and left a message on the phone earlier. Decided to call again to see if someone answered. Someone answered the reception desk. Seeing I was in there yesterday I figured they understand better. Very hard to see our most favorite Doc ever. A. But other good people there too.
Very Quick in and out. Just it is strange to get to the urgent care through the building and there is not a lot of waiting space. Maybe because of the fast turn around time.
Came in this morning for an X-ray was seen quickly but was the left in a room for an hour and a half without seeing anyone. Just as I was going to leave a nurse came in and told me I they didn’t even look at the X-ray yet and they would let me know later that day.
I have been here 3 times for family members and myself and have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. Everyone working there is always nice and very efficient.
