The staff is great! I had an outpatient procedure performed; the staff treated me very well! There was very little wait time, everyone involved stopped by to chat before the procedure got started. Nothing felt rushed, but everything went quickly. I felt that they really cared about me.
My son had a surgical procedure done at this location and it was a stressful moment for us as a family. The staff is absolutely brilliant in the their ability to make you feel like a person and not just another patient. They made us feel like we have been there a thousand times. I can't verbalize how incredibly amazing they are. Thank you for taking care of our son and making us feel like family and not a number.
Dr. Knipe and his staff are so caring. So polite. Dr Knipe explains everything he is doing through our my procedures. I feel blessed knowing I am in good hands. Thank you for your kindness.
