I didn't participate but since my Insurance wouldn't cover this I asked about a PrePay cash situation and I was told the cost would be $15,000 for the program!! Wow, and no refunds either; Wellspan is building everywhere and bringing in more Doctors like crazy so this is another revenue stream for them since I'm sure they could've obliged me as a 35 year Chronic Pain sufferer who carries Full Medicare. Disappointed. It started out with a lot of promise, but now that I am nearing the end, I found that some of what they offered me helped a lot, but it's temporary and sporadic and I cannot get continued care. The scheduling and not knowing what is going on is stressful, they made it very difficult to get in touch with the actual office. The staff is great and everyone is very kind.

Just like the previous review I’m not so sure I am going to continue coming because I haven’t been there in a month because of meetings and staff quitting. I called today to find out what my appointment consists of and the operator wouldn’t put me through and no one called back. 3 providers quit in 1 week. That’s not good. I too requested to have every Tuesday off, just to have my last 2 appointments cancelled by the office. Assuming still no physical therapist and no clue where the woman that was there is working.
