Worst practice. Especially if you have a medically complex child . We arrived 12 minutes late & they cancelled our appointment after I did call 2 times to let them know we would be late
There is 1 amazing doctor here. I hope they find a better place to practice because the rest of the staff is terrible. They are very inconsiderate and falsify documents to make themselves look like they’re following rules to a T. If you have the patience of a saint, it may be tolerable. Otherwise, take your children somewhere other than WellSpan altogether.
Dealt with them today didn't have our normal doctor had someone named brandy and another person with the last name blaze were rude unprofessional and will never be returning to this practice and have already filed a formal complaint dont take your kids here
