My time with childhood primary care office as a patient is soon coming to an end, and I am not ready to leave this practice 😭 I have been with them for over 18 years, and I have seen a total of 10 different providers. 5 primary care doctors (changed for good reasons). Since Wellspan has taken over this practice it is nearly impossible to get an appointment!! For a sick visit they offer you an appointment 2-3 days later or tell you to go to urgent care where you sit and wait hours to be seen. Well visits need to be scheduled at least 3-4 months in advance to get scheduled. I personally find this ridiculous for a practice that specializes in children and supposedly wants the best care for them.
The manager there was so rude my daughter had a 104.00 temperature. She was dehydrated & lethargic, very little energy,I told them she has pnamonia.I begged them to help her and the manager there told me to sit in my car! I said no she's two she got very nasty with me and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave! I showed up an hour and a half early to get her quicker help and see what was going on. I'd NEVER take her back to that place where the heartless manager works!!
