Absolute joke when it comes to professionalism/customer service. Waited over 6 months to get an appointment, to get bumped ANOTHER 6 months because "the provider won't have availability that day" No point in even trying with these people
I waited 8 months to get my son in here for his eczema just for it to be a waste of time. You are never seen at your appointment time. And the doctor just doesn’t actually pay attention to what you are talking about. They sent a referral for my son with something as the diagnosis that wasn’t even the reason we were at the appointment. I do not recommend.
My sister Deb just called me and said she checked in and sat for 45 minutes and someone came to her and said she didn't check in right and had to reschedule her. They were so out of touch they didn't ask if they could help her, that is pretty cruel. The employees had to see her sitting there. Terrible service. I understand now why their rating is are so low. Extremely rotten.
Collects copay, not sure about the rest, definitely can't coordinate referrals
